I started Yoga Boot Camp for myself, really. I work in a restaurant lifting heavy trays and then I come home to work on my business sitting down at a desk for hours at a time. My friend in yoga said sitting down for long periods if time is the new cigarette, she was right.

I’ve had several injuries at work the last one being tennis elbow or the official version lateral epicondylitis and had to wait till it healed before starting this challenge. It came to me one morning where I got this bright idea to not only do the 21 day yoga Boot Camp challenge, but 108 days for those of you who miss the first or second 21 days. In yoga we do power yoga to strengthen bones and muscles. The most popular ashtanga or vinyasa flow (power yoga) move is ‘Sun Salutations, in sanskrit we call it ‘Surya Namaskar’. Sun salutations is tough on the body and personally I do not recommend it to any beginners but in order to make the body strong and fastest way to increase metabolism is power yoga. So I developed a power yoga challenge that can easily be followed with beginners in mind.
We do three YBCChallenge flows for beginners and thats all thats required of the 21 day challenge 3 beginners sun salutations. I then continue with 5 more intermediate sun salutations for those of you who have been doing yoga for awhile, with an added spiritual tuning in so to speak of a total number of 8 vinyasa flows, meaning in angelic terms, abundance in material and career areas in your life with a total understanding of coming together in spirit. We do this LIVE FaceBook everyday starting today until the first 21 days which is December the 1st. After that I’m continuing to do LIVE FaceBook yoga boot camp until February 27th, 108 days for those of you who miss the first 21 days.
Repeating one hundred and eight times in yoga means coming together in body, mind and spirit through meditation. Mala beads are 108 beads in length, so when repeating a mantra in your head or out loud with your eyes closed and you’ve reached your 108 #, you close the meditation session with 3 times OM. Committing yourself to this particular meditation takes discipline and of course an altogether different topic.
But to understand the significance behind 108 days, 108 beads, 108 prayers, 108 misc. Is all related to you making a significant change for the better, in you.

Hence the reason I’ve decided to commit to you and to myself, 108 days of LIVE Yoga Boot Camp challenge.

I will be doing this class for 108 days, LIVE FaceBook. Beginning Monday November 11th until Thursday February 27thdate. If you MISS the first one or start and miss the 8th one I will help you to get back on track to this positive habit to build your body muscle, mind muscle🧠 and yes spirit muscle🕯️. DO NOT GIVE UP ON YOURSELF!!! I’m not going to.
