Sun Gazing 1/07/17

Tini, wakes up most mornings now a days at 4am. She loves this time to work on her important project’s.
She’s been reading about ‘sun gazing’ for awhile and knew the best times to sun gaze is 1 hour at sunrise and 1 hour before sunset after that it is extremely dangerous. She’s been sun gazing off and on for a year but nothing in a consistent manner until today. Tini, found an article by Dr. Mercola who wrote on solar healing that talked about how the sun heals the body, mind and spirit. How, when following this recipe precisely it replaces the need for cooked food allowing the body to have complete nourishment through the sun and water. How a complete peace comes over the body and how disease is replaced with a healthy energetic body.
Now skepticism set in and Tini was not too impressed, in fact she read the article and put it out of her mind for 6 months until her older brother stopped in for a special visit from Atlanta.
Tini, and her brother have a close relationship. They both are very melancholy in temperament away from each other but quite animated and fun when together and can sometimes talk for hours on a subject of interest. They had this discussion about sun gazing and Tini remembered the article Dr. Mercola wrote, found it again on the Internet and read it out loud to her brother, while sunbathing on the beach. He warned her to do her research on the subject and the conversation ended at that but the discussion stuck in the back of Tini’s mind until a seed was planted.
She decided this was what she really wanted to do after going over the specifics for the recipe and thinking about doing it for months (instead of rewriting this process its best to read it from the source).

The beginning…
10 seconds each day until you reach 45 minutes.

Day 1- Tini, is a certified yoga instructor and uses many of the yoga tools of enlightenment (mantra, pranayama, vinyasa, hatha yoga, bandhas, mandala’s and meditation) to transform her body into a powerful energy healer. She also works in a restaurant which gives her the foundation to transfer some of the good vibrations she works towards on a daily basis.
Today is 10 second day. Tini, thought she found the perfect spot for sun gazing, warm earth with a perfect view of the sun coming up over the banana river but when she looked up from hearing this loud buzzing sound she realized these high power line were a contradiction to what she wanted to achieve for her body (power lines take energy from the body).
Day 2 -Tini, went down to the river again to a different spot that was farther away from the power lines in the grass instead of directly to earth but still too close to the buzzing sound the lines created and although not on warm earth instead on grass she figured she’s
grounding. The day went smooth for her at work her tips seemed to be really good and when she arrived home. Son and daughter in law was visiting. They had a great dinner that Tini’s Mommy and hubby put together.

Day 3 -Today it was time for Son and Daughter to go back to Atlanta, so Tini thought it would be a great idea to go down to the beach so they could enjoy a beautiful sunrise before they leave. They arrived a little after sunrise taking a small walk down the beach. The sun was hidden by the clouds but peeking through an opening which made it breathtaking with the sun beams sparkling over the water.
Tini, did not think she had enough sun time to sun gaze and said to herself ‘I’ll just remember to gaze tonight’. Although Tini wrote a note to reminded herself to gaze she picked up an extra shift at work that night and clearly missing the 30 second gaze for the day.
Day 4 -Absolutely amazing day of gazing. Today was yoga with Kimy but its been like 8 weeks since they practiced yoga on Indialantic Beach were Kimy lives. The weather has been wonderfully warm at about 70 degrees with the wind about 10mp. They arrived on the beach just before sunrise, Tini set up a nice yoga area on the beach with speakers and candle light, and a nice meditation music with the sound of the ocean waves crashing on the surf. They had to get a few great pictures of the rise and while Tini was doing her 30 second gaze looking out over the ocean, her eyes started to tear up and heart started to swell at the overwhelming feeling of love for what has been given to her. Kimy’s yoga was blissfully rewarding. Since it was Monday Tini does chair yoga with her neighbor and Mommy, mixing in chi gong and mantra with this sessions yoga. She’s been working with her neighbor doing ‘bed yoga’, because of Judy’s body type it’s hard for her to do yoga on the floor with inversions (which are great for the immune, and nervous system) as well as body twists. Judy has a lower back challenge and these yoga poses help make the body feel better.
Day 5 -Tini, found a spot outside of her house to stand in the grass and sun gaze just as the sun comes up over the homes and trees. She knows once the gazing lengthens to 8 minutes she will have to make time to drive to the beach only to get that first gaze over the horizon. Once the sun reaches higher in the sky (even though it’s safe the first hour) the gaze get pretty intense.
Day 6 & 7 On the grass in the neighborhood. The days work was excellent and business picking up.
Day 7 Another great day at work but when the work day was done, boss decided to put down Tini with words. After Tini got over being mad, she realized he is always going to be an ass so its beat to look for the good in everything, which in this case was to hone her skills as a server.
Day 8, 1 minute and 20 seconds. There is a chill in the air and the grass is cold but the sun is warm. Tini, found the best spot to sun gaze in her neighborhood about 50 feet from her front door, which makes it extremely convenient.
