20:20 gaze. By this time Tini is really starting to enjoy her walks on the beach. The HRM sun gazing article states that 45 minutes is sufficient for continued energy in the body but Tini enjoys at least 75 minutes. She walks after work, her job is wonderfully challenging but she’s getting impatient sometimes and walking on the beach barefoot grounding allows her body to feel like the struggle is worth the journey.
21:30 gaze. Tini has discovered when the gaze gets long and bright towards the end, she blinks rapidly and can hold the gaze for the allotted time. She starts to feel this opening inside of her, this secret power unveiling.
22:00 gaze. There was a date Tini set to be free from her job…and that date has come and gone. She is still working and grateful for the income but she did feel that frustration worm creep up her spine and really wanted to barf it out. The frustration that is. The date was 7/31/17 she made a discovery and in that discovery found enlightenment. The enjoyment in the journey. Not just saying it but feeling it. Each day she gets off of work and drives down to the beach. Changes her clothes and walks on the beach. Yes it helps to get in the right amount of steps in for great cardio workout, but her primary focus is on relieving the tension in her body. She enjoys the process of receiving the earth’s energy through her feet as she walks, the wind caressing her body, the ocean soothing her mind, the sun warming her soul and the space between breaths lifting her spirit. After her hour walk has ended she’s set right again.

26:10. Tini is on the beach this morning. She feels the sand beneath her feet, the cool wind across the face the warmth from the gaze penetrating through her body and says to herself, ‘this is the place where I am reminded to come and believe again, have faith in myself and know that whatever comes at me this week to knock my dream and give me doubt, here is where I find my confidence again, thank you, thank you, thank you’. There is a simple connection we have to the elements around us, earth-to ground our body and feel whole again, wind-a kiss from the heavens to lift our spirits, fire-warmth from the sun to comfort, water-soothes and calms and ether-a moment in time through breath to bind all that is good.
