Hey girl it’s been a while, I’ve been in yoga teacher training and put a story together I hope you will enjoy. Life has been wonderful and I’m sooo happy as a result.

Love You, Me

Here goes learning experience. Kim’s mother had a class of students she taught, in the back sun room she turned into her studio. Tiny was fascinated by the poses the students were performing, learning they were called Asana’s. Tiny didn’t mean to forget to play with Kim, but she just wanted to be a part of this good vibration she was feeling and Kim’s mom was more than happy to teach her. One day Nicole was teaching a class on the 8 limbs of yoga. Tiny was so engrossed with what Nicole was teaching, she immediately wanted to do all the 8 limbs. Nicole was very patient with her class and especially Tiny. She took time to sit down and share with everyone her personal stories of growth. She talked about how the 8 limbs were learned over a lifetime not in one day but that the first day was always a beginning. Tiny wanted to perfect all the limbs right away but came to understand that patience in itself was part of the process. Back to the ‘special walk’ Tiny called it, taking a deep breath in and bringing a smile to her face, Tiny remembered how she used to dislike school on so many levels. She thought the teachers, didn’t know how to teach, how the student were so self-absorbed, and how everyone complained about the littlest of things. Nicole reminded her, your life is your greatest classroom, what you give in return determines your outcome. So Tiny took the suggestion of learning how to meditate and she really liked the mantra teachings the best because she loved the way her voice resonated with her body through breath. In fact each time someone she knew was sick or needed help she concentrated in her mantra meditation on that particular individual, bringing them the love needed in they’re lives. Then she expanded those good vibrations to all that crossed her path through out each day. Tiny, felt all the good she was giving coming back to her in kind.

Tiny was almost to school, passing many and giving them a smile, feeling the love for them and knowing deep down that that love would ‘pay it forward’ to all. She knew she had so much more to learn and enjoyed every moment of it.
